Tatiana Tosi (she/her/hers), MSW Candidate, is an Intern Therapist at The Leggett Group, currently completing her Master of Social Work degree at Regis College, with an expected graduation of December 2026.
Tatiana brings a rich and varied background to her clinical work. Prior to her MSW training, she spent over a decade as a yoga instructor, teaching restorative yoga, meditation, and breathwork to individuals of all ages. Her extensive experience working as a caregiver for individuals living with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and those receiving hospice care has deepened her capacity for presence, sensitivity, and support – walking along both clients and their families during life’s most vulnerable transitions. In her recent internship at MetroWest Care Connection, Tatiana worked with children and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, relational and intimacy concerns, and substance use disorders.
Tatiana’s clinical interests are rooted in the mind-body connection, life transitions, grief, aging, and the intersection of somatic awareness and emotional healing. Her approach is warm, patient, and deeply person-centered, shaped by her professional training, her years of somatic teaching, and her lived experience as a caregiver. She draws from trauma-informed and strengths-based frameworks and is committed to creating a therapeutic space that honors each client’s dignity, autonomy, and unique path toward healing. Tatiana is fluent in Russian and Italian, with basic Spanish, and welcomes clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
