Sarah Vinchesi (she/her/hers) is a Psychotherapist. She graduated from Lesley University with her Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has extensive experience working with clients in a variety of settings, including psychiatric day treatment, a therapeutic program in a high school, and outpatient therapy. Sarah utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, relational, and strengths-based therapies. Sarah works with adolescents and adults and is passionate about providing a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to build on their innate strength. She uses a trauma-informed approach that is tailored to each client’s unique needs, preferences, and life experiences. In line with the mission of TLG, her therapeutic work is anti-racist and anti-oppressive. Sarah strives to work collaboratively with clients with the understanding that they are experts of their own lives.
