She has experience providing therapy to emerging adult and adult clients in a community clinic and a private practice. Before her master’s program, Lucy worked with adolescents in a public high school. She has worked with clients with various presenting problems, including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and more. Additionally, Lucy has walked alongside and empowered clients as they navigate life transitions, neurodiversity (including ADHD), relationship struggles, trauma, body image distress, self-worth issues, and more.
Lucy believes the client-therapist relationship is essential to the therapeutic process and creates a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space for self-exploration. She works to meet her clients where they are and collaborates with them to set goals and carve out the best path forward. To do so, she combines different modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy (SFBT), and more. Lucy is dedicated to providing anti-oppressive and trauma-informed care and has experience working with LGBTQIA+ folks.
Outside of the office, you can find Lucy looking for the closest body of water, reading (book recommendations are always welcome!), and spending time with friends
