Campbell Brown (she/her/hers) is a licensed certified social worker with experience working with adolescents and young adults in both therapeutic and educational settings. Campbell earned her BA in psychology from Trinity College, CT before continuing her education to receive her MSW from Boston College School of Social Work.
During her time at Boston College, Campbell provided individualized treatment to students for a range of presenting issues including stress, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and eating disorders/body image. Campbell also has unique prior experience working with collegiate student-athletes. Campbell uses a combination of trauma-informed person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution focused therapy (SFT).
Campbell views her clients as experts of their own experiences and is eager to work alongside them as they explore their personal goals. Campbell’s holistic approach to counseling emphasizes creating a nonjudgmental and collaborative space where clients can explore their emotions, enhance resilience, and develop strategies for optimal mental well-being. Outside the office, Campbell enjoys running, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
