Becoming Parents:

A Workshop for Couples

 While you may have prepared your home for baby’s arrival, the most important “home” to prepare is your relationship as parents.

We will address:

• The realities of living with a newborn and strategies for managing the 4th trimester as a couple.
• How do our experiences influence how we will parent?
• Who does what after your baby is born, and how not to keep score.

This workshop will combine informative discussion and exercises to prepare you as a couple for the adjustment to parenting!

The presenter, Christine Sweeney, LICSW, CLC is a senior therapist, lactation consultant, and Director of the Parent Connection at BIDMC, and Psychotherapist at the Leggett Group.

This workshop is held every other month on a Thursday evening from 6:00pm-7:30pm at:
