Anne earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University. Her experience has focused on providing individual therapy in outpatient clinical settings.
Anne believes in the importance of the relationship between therapist and client as a key element in helping the client heal and achieve their goals. Anne especially enjoys helping clients work to create more fulfilling and balanced relationships, learn coping tools for anxiety, depression, and ADHD symptoms, adjust to new life roles, and heal from traumatic experiences. Anne has been honored to help many clients who are courageously learning to free themselves from addiction. Anne works with adults ages 18+ and is committed to upholding the values of anti-racism and anti-oppression and support of LGBTQIA+ individuals in her work as a psychotherapist. Most of all, Anne loves helping clients discover new ways of seeing themselves and the world that give them hope, purpose and a sense of meaning.
