Sarah Liming, LICSW, received her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati. Before joining the Leggett Group, she worked at Monte Nido & Affiliates as lead therapist. Sarah was also a group therapist at Talbert House in Cincinnati, Ohio, and interned at The Lindner Center of HOPE where she gained experience working with clients from all levels of care. Sarah utilizes an empathetic, insightful, and practical therapeutic approach. She works in an interactive and nonjudgmental way with clients to help them examine their thoughts, feelings, and behavior and set reasonable treatment goals. Sarah is committed to de-stigmatizing and de-colonizing mental health and therapy. She is skilled in a variety of treatment modalities, among them CBT, DBT, IFS, and mindfulness-based approaches, and she works with each client to create the most effective clinical strategy to address their needs. She has experience working with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, boundary-setting, relationship issues, and self-care.
