Erin Vandersteen, LICSW

Erin is a  Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boston University. After completing her graduate studies, she spent three years providing group and individual psychotherapy to individuals in need of support through acute hospitalization programs.

Erin combines solution-focused, narrative, and client-centered therapy to create a non-judgmental space to navigate thoughts and feelings. Erin has training in CBT, DBT, and mindfulness practices and incorporates coping skills throughout the therapeutic relationship. Erin’s clinical interests include working with adolescents and adults with a variety of mental health presentations. Erin’s therapeutic approach is to meet clients where they are and help clients reach their personal goals.

Erin brings honesty, humor, and active listening to the therapeutic space to create a positive space for growth and healing.
