Erin is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW), and soon to be Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), with a Masters Degree in Social Work from Boston University. After completing her graduate studies she spent 3 years providing group and individual psychotherapy to individuals in need of support through acute hospitalization programs.
Erin combines solution-focused, narrative, and client-centered therapy approaches to create a non-judgmental space to navigate thoughts and feelings. Erin has training in CBT, DBT, and mindfulness practices and incorporates coping skills throughout the therapeutic relationship as well. Erin’s clinical interests include working with adolescents and adults with a variety of mental health presentations. Erin’s therapeutic approach is to meet clients where they are at and help clients reach personal goals.
Erin brings honesty, humor, and active listening to the therapeutic space to create a positive space for growth, and healing.
